If you have made a pledge to one of the many fine charities that we represent, we thank you for your support.
The social fabric of our communities depends on generous indivuals such as yourself and your pledge will make a real difference. It will allow your chosen organization to better plan and budget for their various activities throughout this year and the year(s) ahead and this is why monthly donors are so important to the charitable sector.
Your pledge will be sent directly to the charities that you have chosen to support and it will be processed within two to three weeks of your signing the pledge form, followed by a "thank you letter" from the charity. You will also receive a welcome and thank you phone call within the first two weeks of you signing your form.
If you do not choose to make a pledge but are considering doing so in the future, please don't hesitate to call us and we will have someone drop by to visit you again.
Aso, if you have any questions, comments and/or concerns, you can reach us at 1-877-331-4483 during the hours of 9.00am to 9.00pm (E.S.T.) - Monday to Friday. Please note however, that our charity ambassadors visit door-to-door monday through to saturday.
They wear photo I.D. badges and will ask you to make a pledge by providing banking or credit card details. A voided cheque is required when providing banking details. All information is treated as extremely confidential and is kept under lock and key.
